First Aid at Work

Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (FAW) (RQF) – (3 Days)

The purpose of this qualification is for the learner to attain knowledge and practical competencies required to deal with a range of workplace first aid solutions. The TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is aimed at learners already working or preparing to work in industry. The qualification is usually delivered as a three day programme of training and assessment for learners to allow them to be first aiders in the workplace.

  • Head and Chest Injuries
  • Suspected Spinal Injuries
  • Burns and Scalds
  • Sudden Poisoning

Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (FAW) (RQF) Assessment and Certification

The qualification is assessed via practical demonstrations and oral questioning. All successful learners will be issued with a First Aid at Work Certificate (from TQUK Awarding Body), along with a wallet-sized plastic card detailing their qualification which is valid for a period of three years.
